Marble Falls Texas Movie Theater
The Marble Falls Texas movie theater is now called, Uptown Marble Theater. It opened as a movie house in 1942 and continued until 2003. In 2004, Uptown Marble Theater opened as a live entertainment venue.
At The Uptown Marble Theater you might hear any genre of music, see a comedian, experience a one person drama, or clap for your favorite beauty contestant at the Uptown Marble Theater.
The Theater can seat between 250 and 280. The furthest seat is 20 rows back and the balcony seats 42. There is also an area that will accommodate wheelchairs. There´s not a bad seat in the house and they are very comfortable.
The sound system was designed to highlight the natural characteristics of the intimate setting. It includes a 32-channel Yamaha mixer, Mackie, Yamaha and TSS speakers, and everything necessary to make a full band, small ensemble, dramatic performance or lecturer sound just right.
